An Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program

Started its journey in 2021, the aim of the Automotive Cyber Security Academy (ACSA), an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP),  is to develop and enhance expertise in the field of automotive cybersecurity by addressing the growing threats and challenges in the automotive industry. As vehicles become more connected and autonomous, cybersecurity plays a crucial role in protecting sensitive data, ensuring passenger safety, and preventing malicious attacks.

Key Objectives of ACSA:

Education and Awareness
Provide training and certifications to professionals, students, and organizations on automotive cybersecurity concepts, standards, and best practices.

Skill Development
Equip participants with the necessary skills to identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats in connected and autonomous vehicles.

Research and Innovation
Promote research in advanced technologies to address emerging cybersecurity challenges in areas such as vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, infotainment systems, and autonomous driving systems.

Industry Collaboration
Foster partnerships between academia, automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and cybersecurity experts to develop standardized practices and frameworks.

Regulatory Compliance
Provide guidance on adhering to international automotive cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE WP.29.

Real-World Applications
Offer practical, hands-on experience through hacking labs, simulations, and case studies, preparing participants to tackle real-world challenges in the automotive domain.
